there is a moment — so small you could miss it — between the inhale and the exhale.
a quiet pause.
a tiny softening.
a place the body says, “right here. stay.”
these reflections are born from that place.
i’ve spent years learning how to hold space for children — their big feelings, their small bodies, their messy, beautiful ways of being. and somewhere in the middle of all that holding, i realized i needed a place to be held too.
a place to land.
a place to breathe.
a place to name the things that feel tender or true or hard or holy.
between inhales is that place.
here, i’ll write about the things that steady me: breathwork, nervous system science, gentleness, presence, and the ongoing work of becoming a more grounded human — for myself, for my child, and for the people i guide.
if you’re reading this, i’m so glad you found your way here.
take a breath.
let yourself land.
and know you’re not alone in the space between who you were and who you’re becoming.
